Sydney J. Gales

Sydney is a stage manager based out of Nashville, TN. She is currently attending Trevecca University where she is pursuing a B.A. in Dramatic Arts and a B.S. in Organizational Communication with a minor in Interpersonal Communication. She has worked in educational theatre and community theatre as both a stage manager and assistant stage manager. Sydney has recently made the jump to opera as an assistant stage manager intern with Nashville Opera.

Outside of stage management, Sydney has been a lighting electrician, costume designer, wig designer, and A2 among other technical positions.

In addition to theatre, she enjoys reading, hanging out with her friends, and baking. If you do a show with her, you may even get to try some of her cookies!
